Level 50 steam account Game Ban

Hello today im trading my Level 50 steam account with a csgo game ban for only 3 months due to it being linked by phone number by a account with a game ban. other games are mw2 black ops 2 black ops 3 rocket league rust gta 5 with 5 bil dollars and 5 full car garages h1z1 and a couple other random games. has 12 pages of +rep 2k hours in cs

The 3 months is not 3 months of VAC. It's 3 months of not being able to use the same phone number for new accounts, the VAC is still permanent as it has been.

but his has a 'send message' button, why send a message to yourself kappa?

yes u are correct i submited a ticket to valve and they answered my question i was under the wrong impression! i dont know how to update the post?
