How to Buy a New Key from Steam

I'm through with all these bullshit scammers, people selling fake codes, used codes, or selling the same code to multiple people! I just got a key from FunForums5 (after being scammed by 2 other "sellers"), and after about 2 days, WITHOUT HACKING THE SLIGHTEST (not even Nav or Survival), I was "banned" overnight for something I wasn't even doing. So, I say: FUCK YOU FAKE SELLERS! NOBODY SHOULD BUY FROM THESE SELLERS, NOT A SINGLE ONE IS 100% LEGIT!

To what the Actual topic says:
Having given up on the thieves and liars, I would like to buy a REAL, UNUSED key directly from Steam. How would I go about doing this?
Would I create a new Steam account, buy the game, and copy the Hex and CD Key over? Or is there some other way?

Might as well get a new steam account and buy arma 2 again. Don't expect to get a legit/non-used key less than the retail price, unless you somehow find someone, which i really doubt.

Even if you are legit, Batang, I'm going to get my own to make 100% sure that nobody else knows it.

If I were to buy the game on the same computer, but using a different account, would the key save somewhere else?

Also, DAYZ Keyseller (his Skype name), and ZoM_15Th (Steam and skype name), are both scammers.
