rez mod tool error

whenever i open rezextract dtxconvert or rezinject i get the error
"the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) click on ok to terminate the application"
how do i fix this and is there a way to rez mod with out these tools and photoshop

Get the latest .net Framework. If that doesn't work, Re-Download the tools. You probably misplaced a file or fucked with an initiation.

Either that or create your own tools, and try using gimp, or paint.net but everything turns out shit on those. Photoshop is the way to go.

i have redownloaded them abut 6 times and no luck
i used gimp before the tools screwed up
if it helps i recently had to reinstall windows

googled ur error. try installing Net framework.

You need the latest version of .net framework

now it says "unable to find a version of runtime to run this aplication"
