lolololol getting tear and goddes and rushing roa before finishing boots. FAIL MUCH. you should complete boots after tear of goddess as he will benefit from the early magic pen, seeing as roa takes a bit of gold before u actually get any ap from it. i would also suggest leaving ur roa at catalyst, and finish archangels first then depending on whether u need to get counter cc and mr get roa or banshees.
