Imo, use imo.im(see wut i did there) you can use just about anything, I use that for my skype, screw proxies though, if they want to "attack" me, they'll be attacking imo.im and meh, probably couldn't crash such a big site, but hey, even if they do, it's perfectly fine for everyone since in order to get your ip through imo.im they'll need server access or find an exploit. Can't really think of anything else at the moment as a substitute for msn.

Honestly, I have no idea, a lot of paranoid people on mpgh. Skype poses the risk of losing your privacy, but there are many ways to maintain your privacy by employing certain methods, such as changing settings, proxies, vpns, using services such as imo.im. And I have a 1337 gb/s connection. So I'm pretty safe.

There aren't a lot of alternatives for msn.
