Here are some instructions.

Ixtreme Users:
Post 13141:
IF YOU HAVE UPDATED YOUR CONSOLE WITH THE NEW DASH AND IF IT HAD IXTREME PLEASE CHECK IF IT WAS FLAGGED (you can do it with XVal if your drive has been flag you're are most likely going to be banned on the next ban wave).
If you haven't just use the same steps has the stock users do, since the new dashboard has flashed your dvd drive again (WARNING: Some people claim that some LT drives weren't properly flashed with the dash update, if this happened to you I can't help you now).

Pre 13141:
1. If you haven't updated the dash yet flash your console back to stock (using your OFW backup or using the correct one from Pre 13141 OFW folder)
2. Update your dashboard.
3. Flash your drive with the new LT 1.9 (don't forget to save the new OFW and Key, because the 13141 update has flashed your drive firmware again !).

Stock users:
1. Just flash your console with the correct firmware, don't forget to save a copy of your Key & OFW.

Important:
If you own another drive keep in touch with c4eva, he is working really to release more LT 1.9 fw.

JungleFlasher is the program used to modify the firmware on your Xbox 360's disc drive. The other files are just modded firmwares that are for specific drives.

This is known as flashing, which allows you to play backed-up or burned copies of video games.

tl;dr - enables game piracy.
