Instead of Zoe's Q being free aim, it would just be a right click on a minion/champion that follows any change in movements.

At this current state he needs a rework, his old W passive was kinda stupid for a mage tbh.

I like how he is at the moment. He's more of an specialist, who requires time invested to get even remotely good at him. Just like Ryze, he isn't meant to be played in soloq. He should be played in a team with at least two tanks as a hyperscaling APC
