I use an extention for Chrome to remind me to stand up from time to time.
Its not Healthy, hmmm, then I am dead long ago
I'd say the best things to be doing is working out in the morning right after you wake up and drank a glass of water than workout for 10-15 (Minimum). And i fast for 16 hours a day (Healthy snacks and some cookies on the side works ^^). Been doing this for 6 Months and iv'e lost roughly 1-3 Pounds per week. It's also a nice habit to lose weight and gain muscle
Strains your eyes and you definitely want mobility throughout your day too but it's a catch22 for those with desk jobs or anything that requires you too pay attention to a scree/monitor all day.
