Just jailbreak your phone and add the addon localiap to buy things

if you can play it on the computer you can probably download a trainer for that but idk if that still exist

You can do the following

1: Jailbreak and install a tweak
i. Launch cydia
ii. Add the repository : repo.insanelyi.com
iii. Download IAPCrazy (Sends false transactions to complete in-app purchases)
iv. Buy whatever you want

There used to be another way, which would delete your save, give you a save with unlimited SimCash and Simoleons, however I can't recall it. If your interested in the second option, defintely let me know, I will try and get it for you.
