No, I do not wish to have the PS section flooded with garbage, barely online servers.

If you truly want to run a server, doing it half-assed won't get you anywhere.
I have edited the rules for beta/testing servers, however. People will now have a week long testing period to make sure their servers work correctly, and for standard server maintenance before the full release.
