You're never going to find such a thing. Free challenge lobbies are a thing of the past. Now it's either pay up or code a cheat yourself.

The tool is provided by some certain russian devs. People will purchase the tool from the dev, then use it to make a profit.
It is impossible to get a "free" copy of this tool unless you know the dev personally.

If you just want Damascus, just gather up 10-12 people who also want the camo, take turns to kill each other. If things go well you can get 1 gold weapon every hour.
