    Borderlands Save Editor Help

Hey guys, out of curiosity if I were to download a Borderlands 2 save and open it in Bordertool 2 how would I get such a save into my game? I'm on a mac and have a non-Steam version.

Thanks, and my apologies if this is in the wrong place.

Go to dokuments>my games>borderlands2>willowgame>savedata>[there are some random numbers changing for each version of the game] and drop the .sav file you downloaded here. If 2 savedatas have the same name make sure you rename one of them to SaveXXXX.sav (at the X you can place any number or letter that you want).

This folder doesn't seem to be there for Borderlands 2. Is this because I'm not using a Steam version?

EDIT: Rather, I should say, the My Games folder is empty...

Hey.. if you have installed your game correctly.. My games folder should have borderlands 2 folder.. in it..

There is no other way you can use downloaded save games

    try this :

If you have recently installed a fresh installation of the game.. try creating a random profile first in the game..
    then EXIT,
and then see if the My games folder has Borderlands 2 in it.. if its there... location to copy .sav files is as follows..
    documents>my games>borderlands2>willowgame>savedata>

Since he is on a Mac and using a non steam version, i think the save locations are different. Mac owners need to answer.

    Depends on what version:
10.7.X or higher: Go to terminal and type: Open Library. Then go to application support, then find a folder saying: Borderlands 2. Then WillowGame, then savedata and choose one of the files
    10.5.X or higher: Finder: (Name)/Library/Application Support/Borderlands 2/WillowGame/Savedata/SaveXXXX.sav

    Easy Peasy
