OMG, I would love be a programmer right now for reply this question, however you dont need specific source code for "MIM Bypass", something like this resolve.

if (GetAsyncKeyState(VK_DELETE)&1) //Enable
			{
				*(DWORD*)MIM = 0x2BB;
				*(DWORD*)MIM = 0x2BB; 
			}

Its resolve, not need crazy source or loop.

- Anti kick just need a loop like teamesp.
