Hey guys I am going to host a WoW server (Maybe if i found a dev guy which will get all the money which comes from the server in future) and i was wondering does Godaddy can host in Europe and if he can't, can you tell me a good web hoster in europe with the same quality not 1 GB for 20 euro and fail traffic...

You don't need a website to host the server, you don't even need it to make people's accounts or accept donations. It just makes it a lot more flashy and automated. You can get the server up now and worry about a website later if you want.
