So what do you guys think? I weight 192 right now but I wanted to know if I should gain weight or lose more or just keep eating protein and start ab exercise.

Hmm Alright, how much do you think I should gain before starting the ab exercise? Btw I get enough carbs, protein is my main issue since I am a vegetarian.

but honestly try doing both, you can do abs while eating. the muscles will still grow, just might not show at first
You can't get abs without losing body-fat no matter how many ab exercises you do. Focus on cutting body fat and getting lean if you're trying to get abs. You should be focusing on building muscle, abs will come if you stick to it.

First of all, if you start cutting now, you will have abs but you will be skinny af, 1 or 2 months of dirty bulking and hard workouts would work better, then start cutting. Abs are made in the kitchen, not by doing crunches all day. I dont know much about bulking macros for vegetarians but try 0.8gram of protein per pound of body weight, 0.4g fats and rest carbs.

Gain healthy weight - Eat healthy carbs and proteins.
Than cut your carbs to half and start working on your abs. Low carbs will make your belly fat shrink faster and workout will shape it.
I'd like to lose weight but it's not easy AT ALL.
