    D3D9 test window - Windows 8.1

    I'm trying to learn how to create a D3D menu. For now I'm not worrying about the functions only with the menu. I downloaded this tool

    i hope you will read this some day.

    You should "//" every part that has functions in it, meaning stuff that changes adresses.
    You could also try just hooking present, but it should show up anyway.
