Not sure what I did wrong but this bot pretty much deleted all my pokemon (good ones too over 1000 cp

Check the config, make sure it favourites 1000cp pokemon and turn the iv off or down.

bot works great for me, only problem i have is i cant seem to get poke visualizer to work with it, i have the websocket setting turned on, port 14251 still doesnt connect to the bot

What exactly aren't you getting? Filling out the snipe section and then running it should be enough.

is this bot as good as turing? havent been banned using turing and reach level 32 but i do want to try other bots as well.
