How to install:

1. Locate "\Fallout Shelter\FalloutShelter_Data\Managed"
2. Make a backup of "Assembly-CSharp.dll"
3. Replace "Assembly-CSharp.dll" with the hacked one

Cheats:

I don't know anymore what I changed exactly.

Dweller finishes his training in about ~1 to 5 seconds.
No reduction of nuka quantums
Objective Rewards multiplier -> Nuka/Caps * 15000
                                            Nuka Quantum * 50
                                            Lunchbox * 250
                                            Petbox * 25?
                                            Mr.Handy * 10?
OnEmergencyComplete XP Multiplier * 15000
When killing an enemy in a quest, the dweller gets a level up
Enemies in Quests are One-Hit Kills
Dweller Happiness always 100%

It worked for me so thanks for doing it, but can you change it a bit and take off some modifications and only leave the No reduction of nuka quantums and the Objective Rewards multiplier please?

I can, but it's better when you can do it too, so...
Objective Rewards Multiplier is located at -> Reward[LunchBox|MrHandy|Nuka|PetCarrier|Quantum].ApplyReward()
Modify the count

Download dnSpy(or another .Net Resolver like DotNotResolver or .Net Reflector(?))
Find the function and edit it (rightclick on the function and press on "Edit Method" with dnSpy)
To Remove/add/modify the reward multiplier find-> Reward[LunchBox|MrHandy|Nuka|PetCarrier|Quantum].ApplyReward() and change -> "count * x" to "count" to remove the muliplier

Very good hack, but I prefer ones that you can set the amount of something to whatever you like.
I know you posted a small list of things you can change, but is it possible to change the caps, nuka colas, happiness, lunch boxes and maybe each dweller level?

If you could post a reply with those things it would make this hack 2x better.

I am looking at this stuff in dnSpy but I am not very proficient in coding so I am a little confused on what to do exactly. If you could possibly help walk me through somehow that would be great

This hack does not work since after the update. All the current mods for Fallout Shelter seem to lock up on the loading screen, at the beginning of the game.
