CF NA account (again?)

Hi ppls,
i have some troubles, cuz if i wanna use the VPN programs to change my IP adress, the z8games site inform me :

"This machine has reached the Z8Games Accounts creation limit."

so, what is solution for this? i try lots of vpn programs to set the USA IP, and nothing :/
i don`t wanna request for anybody can make my account, cuz this is awkward, but maybe i must

so, if anybody can help me with this trouble (or can make acc )

use your phone and a vpn and make an account there

Goto Settings on google go down click more and u should find Clear browsing data or something,click on it and check all except the seventh setting,click on OK
and wait for it to clear it. later get softether vpn client change the vpn to united states,check yt for tut how to use softether if u dont know,after chnging vpn
try it should work
