    I've read that book too, and reducing the amount of physical "stuff" in my life has been a huge improvement. I haven't done everything she suggests (like storing folded socks and shirts on their edges) but getting rid of the unnecessary crap I've accumulated in life feels great.

    For me I've been on a spiritual journey, reading up a lot on Buddhism, listening to lectures and videos from Alan Watts, GaryVee and really any inspirational, motivational speakers out there. Must find a way to surround myself with positivity. " A toxic environment is more likely to change you than you change it, get out!"
    So been doing a lot of meditation to try to live more in the present and be grateful for things that is currently going on, not be anxious about the future or depressed about the past.

    To begin improvement in my life, I began to train lifting weight, or you have to move, it's not that important.

    Then I notice that without eating the proper thing, you won't be able to be in great shape.

    Then I learn the importance of resting as well, so my sleep became a priority too.

    By doing all of that, I learn the importance of reading and learning every day.

    I became happier and in peace with myself by adopting all these habits.
