Memory Editor for DM Ultra/Dark Aether in MW

A friend recently found a memory editor that can put DM Ultra / Dark Aether on MW guns. The memory editor is new and the person that made it says it'll fly under the radar since the game's anti-cheat hasn't detected it yet since it's new.

Can I get banned for using this memory editor and putting Dark Aether on my MW guns?

There are ways to detect memory manipulation. Even if the cheat is 'new'. Memory manipulation = memory manipulation.

There is no difference in between your friends 'new cheat' and Cheat Engine
