Intentionally I didn't provide the full reset password link. When I click on the link I should get second email, but he never comes true.

A second email shouldn't be required if I recall correctly. Once you follow the link, and reset your password, you should be able to login properly with that new password.

Hi Liz, I should receive a second email. I just tried the password reset with this account and it sent me a second email with a username and new password. Is it possible to assist me with changing my email, because I think the issue is the email service that I use (it's not gmail) ?
