Can you buy from seasonal shops without being flagged?

In the trainer, there is a way to pull up any shop to buy items. If you buy items from a seasonal shop, like the anniversary scythe shop, without it being released, will it be detected?

Although they probably won't do anything about it. I've bought The Sundering Emerald LQS a few years ago without any problem or action taken against my character/account. They probably won't bother banning people from this game for things like this unless they are made public, the playerbase is already so small, they wouldn't benefit from it at all.
