    donation staff inactive?

    Hello,

    it is not really staff dispiute, but I have the problem, I made a donation to Liz but she/he is inactive and I dont know how I get the premium or how to contact she/he?
    Sorry if this is the wrong sub, I didnt know where I write it.

    I'm sorry you have not received your premium yet. Liz is not very active these days and it may take a little while to receive your premium rank. Please be assured that you will receive your rank after she comes online and verifies your payment. While it's not the proper procedure, go ahead and create a thread in Profile Edit Requests saying you bought premium & include your transaction ID. Not sure she will see this thread here, but she handles the profile edits when she comes online & will for sure see it there.
