    Sorry for double post...
    I tried looking at the tut a little more carefully, but I still messed something up. My biggest problems were that when you had to do all those cloud effects. one half of my sig for some reason went super bright and messed my render up.

    well when you do clouds int can be confusing- this is what you do-

    make the colour layer and press ok. now set your colours to black and white, click on the layer called colour balance, and when youve got it selected press filter>>render>>clouds. that will move the colour around. then make a new colour layer and give that new layer a cloud render. it helps cvary the colour. and move it around.,

    lower the brightness on the right side =\ and maybe fill it in with somthing.

    maybe you could do this- on top, make a new = layer>>new adjustment layer>> brightness / contrast. and play around and darken it a little untill you can see the pattern on the right, then erase the parts you dont weant darkened like anything past the left side.
