Where do I put the file? And how do I use Xenos injector to get this to work with steam?

EDIT: I tried native inject to steam.exe and used the .dll as the image, is that the way to do it?

EDIT 2: IMPORTANT:

start quake live, press alt + enter and minimize the game
run xenos injector
select injection type: manual map
process selection: quakelive_steam.exe
select image: ..\qglbase.dll
press inject

I see the menu but when I try to navigate to the hacks that I want

Today I'll explain how to use this hack ...

You can use any injector
Open with admin
Write or Select quakelive.exe this process (you can do this either before the game and during)
Walk into a game, and press Alt + X
Press Alt + arrow keys (up / down or left / right)

I recommend using these settings:
WallHack: Models & Items
Chams:Outline
Autoshoot: TeamBright (use this or it don't work)
Autoshoot: Fov 9
Autoshoot Delay:500
Mouse: Normal
Aim at: Team Bright (use this or it don't work)
Aim Fov:70
Aim Height:2
Aim Smooth: 1
