Can someone help me? I need help asap! (DirectX missing files) << c++

Okay, so when i try to compile my code to a DLL file, it says "missing d3dx9.h, direct3d9.h etc etc etc".
I need help with this, it all came when i reseted my computer / formated. And yes i know, my english is very bad.
Please help me guys, im trying to make a sweet menu for CS:GO. I will release it when you guys helped me with this. It will be a public hack. And yea, btw. Because of this error, i got errors when i try to compile aimbot, esp and other features to the hack menu. Its because of this DirectX error. That it is missing files.

I also often forget to download the directx sdk and I always wonder why they don't find a way to integrate these two functions together?
