Could you make this official group of 3D Modeling & Animation - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking?
(Like with a stuck post in the section)

Some ideas:
If you give the section a title(like ), people will come and be extremly active, just to get the title.

Make some officially awarded contests, like VIP, or somethin' like that.

Also I know it seems useless(yet) I suggest you post some kinda' leader application(doesn't have to be Minion, but something official).
