So I'm thinking of enlarging it (if I can't figure it out I'll let you know), and creating the first issue.

So the basic idea of emailing the newsletter is:

- Activity boost (inactive members will unsubscribe, which can only be done through the User CP)
- Inactive members may return
- Active members will enjoy
