    The Green (Or Red) bars determine your reputation. Green = good, red = bad. By click on the star/sheriff badge you can give or take away rep from other people. Only Staff can see who repped/derepped them so it's anonymous. The More reputation you have, the more you can give or take away from someone. I don't know how it works properly. If you have negative rep then you can't give or take away rep from people as far as I know.
