Its 90% a scam
I'd go with my gut and if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Not worth getting scammed over.

Pretty sure this is a scam unless you have a friend somehow activate them as Cashier in store that selling those cards but again i'm sure you'll get caught after 1st or 2nd tries..
Do you have a PSN card in stock?
Looks fake but I've got UK PSN cards from online marketplaces at cheap rates.
