I need help recover my FB account €€€

My personal fb account got hacked in 3mins. Within changed and deleted my primair and second recovery email in the account. My business manager is linked to this account with my insta/fb business page so I really need it back... I have 3 emails of the hackers and an IP (idk if its true or vpn-pakistan) I tried to upload my ID through fb but i get encrypted emaimq which i can not open or decrypt myself so i need help. I will reward you€€€. Needs to be solved ASAP so send me whenever you can. Thanks in advance.
