How does triggerkey settings work? Would for example setting triggerkey to 18 make it so that Triggerbot enables only when I hold ALT? (vk_alt = 18)

No, that only detects clientside console executions (or something among those lines) and loading lua scripts. This is external, so no, it shouldn't. It can still detect aimbot and speedhack though....
