Yes, the bloodweb gets bugged using this method, but you're supposed to have all perks already in all characters, are you sure you're doing everything correctly including using GetAll and Bloodweb...

You need to open GetAll.txt and Bloodweb.txt and change "prestigeLevel":9" to the number you want.

This tool doesn't work anymore, the author deleted the ****** where the files where hosted. If you really want a temporary profile and outfits, try 8otto's thread.

Thank you for the suggestion. Sometimes it's really weird because the number of offerings go from 100 to 50, that's usually when the bug happens, I'll try to switch loadouts when this happens again.

There are some alternative ways to do it but it's temporary just like the outfits, like this one for example.

I did use mixed cosmetics twice on Cheryl, literally just used her black hair with the rest being default costume, maybe someone reported it in that meantime, but I'll never know the exact cause of...

As far as I know, only injection (when it still worked) and market file with DLCs and costumes. Maybe I just got unlucky, I've been using it for months.
