How to delete all files from that file manager

so when I want to upload an attachment from my computer all my old image files are there which are useless now, I'm just wondering how I can delete all those
or can a admin only delete them

Only an admin can delete. I believe those attachments are still being used somewhere (thread etc) => can't delete

To clarify what he said even moreish(sorry best sheep luv u.), As long as the thread that exists with those files on them they'll be on there. (unless you private message an admin to remove it) but there really is no point tbh just keep em there. :P
