That's just the random CIS "warning" emial, nothing happens if you don't reply. In case you do, they will just answer with shit like "We hope you continue shopping on amazon" and shit.. My advice is not to refund with that account any longer. If possible, don't refund with the same payment method you were refunded with.

But yeah, don't worry.
