so buggy help plz

hi i just buy a new compu and i install combat arms in and when i play whit hack ofcose i bugg example:
in game: i freez i cant move mouse, i cant fire, move my mouse, runing on his own, fire in his own, it all freez i cant see ppl move or game contunue,
that mig stay for 1-20sec
in loby: it freez i cant click any thing\

some 1 have s solution for me plz
