Not sure, why would you even want hack like this?
Before you say that it's impossible, look this:
Couldn't you just automate that process? It would be able to do it perfectly too, since it will always make the same movements. I understand that it might be hard to program, but it's definitely possible right? You could make a script that moves your mouse to the exact coordinates on screen every time you shoot. You would also have to take dex into account so it moves at the right time

Look at this
It's from @toddddd 's clientless project it sends 2 packets in order to shoot 2 bullets (using wizard staff) if you send only one packet it shoots only one bullet, Having said that you should be able to modify the angle of each bullet, not only on bulwark but you could do it with other weapons as well (EP for example). @CrazyJani maybe you could try to implement this into your client.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
This should be doable but probably only good on stationery enemies. Bulwark shots travel very slowly so aiming would be hard on moving targets.
Just tested it with dblade and pixie but not exactly the way described above (I set gap property to 0), it does work, but you get disconnected after some time.
Maybe if you change the angle of the bullets (If it's even possible to do it for each bullet) you won't get disconnected.

Why not just use a t12 wand? The damage is not much lower, hits multiple enemies, long range, and shoots a lot quicker than a Bulwark.
My weapon is a backpack.

Well bulwark itself is rare, and highly situational. Although wouldn't AA do this job well?
