What's the best class that focuses on dodging?

I've been trying to defeat Ultra Alteon for the archpaladin quest but I can't seem to defeat it. I've already tried using full thief on 3 of my accounts and using the scroll of pangs glitch yet I always get 1 shotted. If possible, what potions can I also use to increase my dodge rate?

Ideally, have another ArchPaladin accompany you and make them use damage reduction skill and then use pangs glitch.
In my case, I used Horc Evader to dodge all hits and pangs to kill it.

If anything ArchPaladin is (for me at least) the best solo class. Therefor, as DarkKenx said find ArchPaladin to help you. You can defeat anything and anyone. I believe Necromancer might work as well. just a suggestion. Let me know how it goes.

I managed to beat Ultra Alteon by literally just waiting for an arch paladin to fight it. Finally, I can get my own arch paladin.

I prefer VHL. Specifically built to destroy bosses like Ultra Alteon (although there isn't much you can do when he charges up to max and does hundreds of thousands of damage).

I just bought Shadowstalker of time and it highly depends on dodge chance (by dodging you gain mana and mana is really important for that class)
on a side note, it does cost 6k AC's and there is no other way of getting it.
