Got it to work thanks a lot for the method. I kept getting the contact Microsoft error and it was because my VPN wasn't set up properly (ended up using Ethernet which worked well). Used a credit card with a random billing address btw.

You need the XBOX console (and LIVE) to think your in Argentina. If it detects your in the US (or whichever country your in), it will trigger an error when you checkout. I've tried using a hotspot on my phone while connected to a vpn but it apparently is not working. Must be done with a PC/Laptop.

i mean with vpn and with argentina time and region in windows 10.
i try to do that but its say me to talk the bank of the credit card why?
my card is ok.
and what if its will work i will see the vbucks in my pc?
or i need to log on the xbox to get it?
