its best if you use paypal + a cc to buy it because refunding that is hard and isnt always a success, so if you use paypal + a cc you can chargeback on paypal and cc if ur refund fails.

If you're in US/Canada, Costco would probably be your best bet. As another user mentioned, I would also suggest the PayPal+credit card combination, just in case it doesn't go in your favor. Good luck!
