When my order arrived ASOS closed my account. I confirmed with Thoughtful if the refund was still possible, he said he can still do it.
Got a message June 7th that he started my order. Had to message Thoughtful on the 11th for an update to my refund. His reply :

June 17th I got an email from ASOS about my query, asked Thoughtful if that email was for a successful refund.
He said yes it was.
June 23rd contacted Thoughtful again to ask when ASOS would send me a refund. He said he’ll email them again.
June 26th, asked for another update. He replied with

Weird, I thought I had
prepaid and that I had paid for priority? Doesn’t that mean that my order should be on top of the list? I was on the bottom of the list for some reason.
After some back and forth, I still got nothing solid out of him. I had to leave for a vacation on July 1st. I asked him if the refund is confirmed and that I can go without worry, or if i have to return it before I go/get someone to return it while I’m away.
June 30th, he asked if I could wait 3 business days, but my return period end date was in 3 days, so I told him I couldn’t.

After he failed the refund, I asked him for my money back. He for some reason asked If I had pre-paid?

All in all, be careful with Thoughtful. He had a whole month to do my order, yet he couldn’t complete it or he didn’t care enough to complete it. I’m out over $300 in duties and around $30 shipping to send my package back.
Took him about a week to refund me my PayPal money.
