    Ssense denied my refund

    Ssense denied my refund for an order of 320$. I called empty box. is there a way to get around this and get my refund? Please and thank you

    Nope they have cameras at their warehouse and they aren't a huge company. DNA without a signature or a fake one might have worked but its a lost cause

    Yeah, you pretty much just have to stick with your story now. Only other thing to do is say, oops my family member played a trick on me etc.. then return it and get your money back

    you must have done something wrong as ssense can work the way you did it, just may have messed it up along the way, either way chargeback is the only option for you now

    Chargeback for $320 not advised. It's too low of an amount. Just return the item dude.

    it is low but it depends on the person bro, for others 320$ may be a considerable amount

    He's still able to return the item, just make any decent excuse about how you found the item and don't like it, etc.

    I tried a refund with them a few months ago and it didnt work. I used the "empty box" excuse but they got camera footage (they did put the shoes in) & some special tape (cannot be put back perfectly if it was opened through the shipping process) - -||

    What did you end up doing after? did you charge back?

    I just kept the shoes. Really liked it lol But returning was also an option at that time. They offer free return. I didn't charge back.
