Did not arrive.This is the main method all Uber eats refunders use.Thing is, Uber makes the delivery guy pay for the order if the client claims he never received the meal.

This is true, it's the same thing for Instacart or any other delivery service in terms of food/groceries/etc. The driver takes the hit and DOES NOT get paid.

I was wondering how people were doing Instacart because I was going to try a service. Thanks for letting me know this beforehand because I don't want trouble from anybody later on.
