I haven't received any messages from Versa the past week. Kept telling me there is still an investigation going on. I personally called FedEx to check on the status of the investigation and was told it ended on the 18th of March (2 weeks ago) When I confronted Versa about this he hasn't responded to any of my messages. Versa has lied to me saying there's a current investigation when in reality there isn't. It's been almost 4 weeks and I haven't received a refund/replacement from BestBuy. If you can't do anything for me please refund me the money I paid you.
