TL;DR Highly recommended. Fastest refund so far

I had a refund done with Versa for an order from BH Photo & Video for a $1000+ item. Overall the experience was painless, quick, and assuring as I did not have to speak with the courier or the store directly. I just had to send in something over the email once and the refund was done in a matter of days. One caveat is that Versa is extremely busy both with orders and his personal life, so he may take a few days to respond to your messages, but it does appear that he prioritizes orders over responses so you just have to trust him and stay patient. An update here and there about the order would be appreciated but it does not affect the refund itself in any way. I highly recommend Versa, he definitely knows what he's doing and the refund was issued faster than any other refund orders I've done with others.

My apologies for being inactive over the weekend i spent the weekend with my Dad for fathers day had to fly to go see him and fly back hes been having a rough time since my mom/his wife passed away so i wanted to be there for him.
