I'm running into a similar issue with Tibicenas' Chain, not sure why the bot won't turn in the quest after the first kill, Maybe item name?

I think I figured out what went wrong with the Tibicenas' chain part. You have to find where it says "item not in inventory: Tibicenas' Chain and edit the text portion to read "Is not in temp inventory"

That's what fixed it for me

You need to add Tibicenas' Chain to the Item Wishlist as it is missing.
