The site doesn't send email password reset

a week or two ago I was logged out, I tried logging in with all passwords I use and it just doesn't work

Tried resetting passwords
either says:
You have not entered an email address that we recognize. Please try again or contact the administrator.
Or
Enter verifyng thingy even tho I click not a robot

Need some1 to send a password reset to the email or smth

Last notification I recieved from the site was 2020 Dec, 3 months ago so I am 100% sure I didn't change the email

I got a feeling its a bug because I changed my name in 2019 and maybe email didn't go with it or some shit like that

original email starts with xar so if u can send a pw reset there ty

my IQ is so low, I logged in another email and saw MPGH messages, I must've switched the email some time ago
