I've been playing MQ since 2007 as a returning player. So far I've not found a trainer, swf or such that can give you nova gems permanently. There was a trainer that had an option to temporarily change your gold, nova gems, level but today I tested it and it doesn't work anymore. As of 2021.08.04. I don't believe there is any hack that could give you nova gems. Sorry.
