pretty shitty script but it's a pretty shitty server so it works out well

admin chat commands pop up in chat when you run the script but

Find the SteamIDs of all current players by typing status in console.
!kick (player steamid) Kicks player
!ban (player steamid) (time in min, 0 for perm) Bans player
!tp (player steamid) Teleports to player
!crash (player steamid) Crashes player
!kill (player steamid) Crashes player
